Introducing Shreya & Sahana Sheth...

We had a double whammy as Shreya started kg and it was also Sani's first day at Shreya's school. I was extremely nervous about how she was going to cope with the 5 full day schedule and the stricter school environment especially given her tendency to disregard rules. So far so good and we are hoping school tames our little thug.... So excited on the way to school Enjoying circle time Out in the playground

To celebrate Owen's 3rd birthday we were at the Children's Creativity museum downtown. Owen & Shreya busy getting creative Hugs for the bday boy! One afternoon we drove to the Memphis Kiddie park which had rides really suited for the girls age group. As usual the highlight for Sani was the carousel! Shreya taking the steering very seriously Biggest smile of the week

We met up with some of Nehal's oldest friends and their kids and made our (atleast for the girls and myself) first ever outing to Chuck e cheese. As you can see from the photos, the kids got into the swing of things pretty quickly. Finally it was time to head to Ohio for a real summer! Shreya had been counting down the days and she wasn't disappointed! We had a wonderful week filled with activities. Nehal got to spend some quality time with the girls this weekend while I was away on a girls trip and on sunday he met up with Kevin and Naya for a hike in Marin.  And yes they are all wearing winter coats in July. As Mark Twain allegedly said 'The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco'. Sani clearly needed snacks before the hike Naya leading the way
