Diwali celebrations ruled our house once again with the girls doing the rangoli on our doorsteps, watching their dad with the sparklers, prayers and ofcourse their favourite part - dressing up in all the new outfits.

Sani was so excited to wear her indian clothes!

Here comes the bride...

As Shreya's summer school ended, we headed to the mid-west to visit Nehal's parents in Cleveland. While we were there, we were lucky enough to attend a family friend's wedding. It was Sani's first indian wedding and Shreya was only 6 months old for her last experience. The girls really enjoyed themselves and highlights  were dressing up and dancing. Sitting down quietly during the wedding didn't go down so well with Sani. Weekend in Sac

We enjoyed a couple of days in sunny Sacramento this weekend. The kids (and the dads) had a great time running through the sprinklers to stay cool.
