Day trip to Santa Cruz

Before they left, we managed a day trip to Santa Cruz. Beach, kayaking for Nik, Nehal, Nathan and Shreya, a chance encounter with Kev, Nish, Naya and Shaan who also happened to be there, boardwalk rides and ice-cream to end the day - who could ask for more. Such a fantastic day.

As Shreya's summer school ended, we headed to the mid-west to visit Nehal's parents in Cleveland. While we were there, we were lucky enough to attend a family friend's wedding. It was Sani's first indian wedding and Shreya was only 6 months old for her last experience. The girls really enjoyed themselves and highlights  were dressing up and dancing. Sitting down quietly during the wedding didn't go down so well with Sani. Weekend in Sac
