Oakland zoo

This morning we visited Oakland Zoo which we had heard from many was a great place to visit with the kids. We weren't disappointed with the visit - sky ride which provided a great bird's eye view of the animals, train ride and lots of other amusement park rides really suited towards the younger crowd as well as the usual zoo animals!

As Shreya's summer school ended, we headed to the mid-west to visit Nehal's parents in Cleveland. While we were there, we were lucky enough to attend a family friend's wedding. It was Sani's first indian wedding and Shreya was only 6 months old for her last experience. The girls really enjoyed themselves and highlights  were dressing up and dancing. Sitting down quietly during the wedding didn't go down so well with Sani. Weekend in Sac

We enjoyed a couple of days in sunny Sacramento this weekend. The kids (and the dads) had a great time running through the sprinklers to stay cool.
