Disney & Orange County

After a couple of days in Palm Springs we drove to LA with our first stop being Disneyland on Thanksgiving Day. The girls enjoyed the day but were very content to do something else the next day which left me content (still not convinced by the 'magic' of Disney) and Nehal slightly disappointed (the avid Disney fan!). Probably the highlight of the trip - the beaches in Orange County. We'll definitely be returning there.

Here comes the bride...

As Shreya's summer school ended, we headed to the mid-west to visit Nehal's parents in Cleveland. While we were there, we were lucky enough to attend a family friend's wedding. It was Sani's first indian wedding and Shreya was only 6 months old for her last experience. The girls really enjoyed themselves and highlights  were dressing up and dancing. Sitting down quietly during the wedding didn't go down so well with Sani. Weekend in Sac

We enjoyed a couple of days in sunny Sacramento this weekend. The kids (and the dads) had a great time running through the sprinklers to stay cool.
